How I work
I build models that the people who own the decision can follow and keep using. That means fewer black boxes and more written-down assumptions, so a board member or an airline analyst can see where a number came from.
Most of my career has been on the operator side of aviation. I've prepared airport pricing, sat across the table from airlines in consultation, and dealt with the practical limits of runways and terminals. That shapes the advice: it has to work on a busy day, not just in a spreadsheet.
Qualifications
BSc in Statistics, first class, University of Auckland.
BCom in Operations Management, first class, University of Auckland.
Tools
Excel and Power BI for models your team will maintain. R and Python for larger data work, automation and mapping.
